At the end of 2025, I sent you a long overdue catch-up.
I shared what had been happening behind the scenes: going deeper into Attio, rebuilding parts of my own stack, and quietly rethinking what kind of work I actually want to be known for.
Since then, one big thing has changed: Novrith is no longer just my personal operating system in the background. It’s a brand you can see, a site you can visit, and a clearer commitment to the kind of work I want to do with clients.
Three weeks ago, the new Novrith brand and website went live.
This newsletter is the first one I’m sending from that new starting point.
What Novrith actually does
The rebrand wasn’t about a new logo or prettier pages. It was about making the real work visible.
Novrith exists to do one thing well: architect the operational backbone that lets businesses scale without adding chaos.
Most of the teams I work with don’t have a “strategy” problem. They have a systems problem.
- Data lives in too many places.
- Processes depend on people remembering to do things.
- Tools were added quickly and never fully integrated.
- Growth makes everything heavier instead of easier.
My job is to turn that mess into a backbone:
- A CRM that actually reflects how your business works, not how a generic template was designed.
- An operating system where ClickUp, Attio, and your preferred tools are wired together on purpose.
- Automations that remove manual work without creating new blind spots.
Not as a one-off “automation sprint”, but as ongoing architecture and ownership of the system that supports your revenue.
What’s changing with this newsletter
In the December email, I said this newsletter would come back as a regular touchpoint — a place to see how system-first thinking shows up in practice.
That’s still the plan. The difference is that now it has a home and a name: Novrith.
Going forward, you can expect:
- Fewer, more intentional emails. When I write, it’s because there’s a concrete pattern or lesson worth sharing — not to hit a publishing quota.
- Architecture over hacks. You’ll see how I design CRM and operational backbones for different business models, with real examples drawn from client work (anonymized where needed).
- Tooling in context. Attio, ClickUp, n8n, Cargo, and others will show up as part of a system — not as shiny objects.
- Honest failure modes. When something breaks — a handoff, an integration, a reporting layer — I’ll share what actually happened and how we fixed it.
If you’re here, it’s probably because you care about building a business that scales without burning people out or drowning in operational debt.
My goal is to make this newsletter a useful companion for that work.
A quick question for you
Before I decide what to write next, I’d love to hear from you.
If there’s one area you’re currently wrestling with — CRM design, lead routing, post-sale handoffs, reporting, AI and automation, or something else entirely — hit reply and tell me about it.
I can’t promise I’ll cover every topic, but your answers will shape what I break down first from this new Novrith vantage point.
If you’re in the middle of untangling this in your own business, I hope this helped you feel a bit less alone and a bit more equipped.
