Newsletter Notice
Under Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This notice explains how we process your data when you subscribe to our newsletter. Signup is voluntary and consent-based: you can unsubscribe at any time.
This is a courtesy translation. The Italian version of this notice prevails in case of any discrepancy.

2. Data we process
- Signup data: first name, last name and email address.
- Message interaction data: link clicks, non-delivery (bounces), and unsubscribes. We do not track email opens or IP-based location.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to send you our newsletter and commercial communications about Novrith's services, content and news, and to measure their performance in statistical form. Tracking interactions (link clicks) is used only to measure how the communications perform and does not involve automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects under Art. 22 GDPR.
4. Affiliate links
Some messages may contain affiliate links, marked with the label [affiliate link]. If you click them you are redirected to a third party's site (the merchant) through a tracking system: at the moment of the click some of your data, including IP address, timestamp and device information, is collected and processed directly by the merchant as an independent controller, under its own policy. We have no access to that data. If you do not want this data shared with the merchant, simply do not click affiliate links.

7. Retention
We keep your data until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe and, absent any interaction, for up to 24 months from the last interaction, after which the subscription is removed. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every message.
8. How consent works
Signup uses double opt-in: after you submit the form you receive a confirmation email, and your subscription is active only once you confirm. We record the moment of consent, its confirmation, and the version of this notice in force at the time of signup.
9. Your rights
You can exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR, including withdrawing consent, by writing to privacy@novrith.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

This notice may be updated; the version published on this page is the one in force. How we process data collected through the site is described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy).
