Revenue Engine
Real visibility into where revenue comes from, and what to do next.
CRM architecture, pipeline design, and revenue operations, built on Attio. Three tiers, from a foundational CRM setup to an ongoing partnership.

The tiers
Three tiers, designed to compound.
Start with the foundation and grow from there. Each tier builds on the one before it, so the system gets more capable without being rebuilt.
Foundation
The structural baseline.
Core Attio CRM implementation: a well-designed data model, clean pipelines, internal automations, and documentation. The base everything else builds on.
- Tailored data architecture to fit your business
- Pipeline design for streamlined sales and operations
- Internal process automations that cut manual work
- Full documentation for adoption and reference
Generally completed within three weeks.
Scale
Connected and intelligent.
Extends the CRM foundation with external automation, API connections, AI-powered enrichment, and reporting, for a CRM wired into your broader tool ecosystem.
Everything in Foundation, plus:
- Custom external automation using APIs and n8n
- API connections with your other tools
- Data enrichment and lead scoring (Cargo)
- Personalized dashboards for real-time visibility
Scoped after discovery.
Grow
An ongoing revenue partnership.
A long-term partnership for continuous CRM optimization and evolution, for revenue operations that need to keep growing alongside the business.
Everything in Scale, plus:
- Ongoing CRM optimization
- New integrations as business needs evolve
- Continuous automation and dashboard development
- Dedicated Slack channel for direct support
- Quarterly strategy sessions
- Ongoing team training and onboarding
Minimum 6 months.
Moving from another CRM? Migration support is available from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and other platforms. Scope is assessed during discovery.
Strategic Sessions
Need hourly guidance instead?
Hourly consulting for teams that already have Attio and need an expert alongside them on specific challenges: troubleshooting, optimization, and best-practice training, no full implementation required.
Available in 1, 5, 10, and 20-hour blocks.

Yes. Migration support from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, and other CRM platforms is available. The requirements and best approach are discussed during discovery.
Only the Grow tier requires a minimum commitment of six months. Foundation and Scale are project-based, with no ongoing contract.
All tiers include support during setup via email and scheduled 30-minute weekly touchpoint calls. The Grow tier additionally includes ongoing support through a dedicated Slack channel and 2-hour quarterly strategy sessions.
Many businesses benefit from multiple engines, for example a Revenue Engine to set up Attio combined with an Operations Engine to structure ClickUp and an Automation Engine to connect them. Each engine works independently, but they are strongest as part of one integrated operational ecosystem. Multi-engine engagements are scoped during discovery.
