Working cadence
- Weekly 30-minute touchpoint calls during setup. Short, structured, focused on what's blocking and what's next.
- Email support throughout, for clarifications, decisions, and async work between calls.
- Full documentation as we go, not at the end. Every decision, configuration, and workflow is captured in real time, so nothing lives only in our heads.
- Grow-tier partnerships add a dedicated Slack channel and quarterly strategy sessions for ongoing collaboration.
What we don't do
- We don't ship automations that break silently. Every workflow has error handling and notifications.
